The houses we offer are complete, but sensitively renovated, historical buildings. The country houses are each in large, park-like gardens, the baroque town house from the 17th century in a quiet side street in the center of the island's capital, Vila do Porto. The equipment with all modern comfort guarantees you a relaxed and convenient stay. In the comfortable interior with a mix of modern and antique furniture, you immediately feel at home and "at home".
Long-term rental from 15 euros per night: If you want to escape winter, Santa Maria is ideal. You can spend many winter days in a T-shirt on the terrace. Long-term tenants (from 4 weeks) we offer our houses in the winter season from as little as 15 euros per day. Send us an email if you plan to spend the winter in Santa Maria. We will make you an individual offer.

Meeting point for key handover
For the country houses, the meeting point is the square in front of the church in the center of Santa Bárbara, a few minutes away from the houses. (The houses are difficult to find the first time.) The way from the airport to Santa Bárbara is well signposted, the church cannot be overlooked. For the town house we meet you at the airport or directly at the house.

Minimum stay and long term rental
We offer houses for rent from 4 nights and long-term rentals. If you would like to rent a house, simply contact us by email or phone - or book directly after you checked the availability. If you prefer the large booking portals, we are represented there with the holiday homes. You need a valid Portuguese tax number (NIF) for a long-term rental contract. We calculate the long-term rent monthly in advance, electricity and water extra according to monthly consumption.
